When they are boiled, dissolve them, pass them to the vegetable mill, add sugar, bitter almond and saba.<br \/>\nMake a dough not very hard but homogeneous.<br \/>\nCut 10x10cm squares of puff pastry, place in the center of each square a spoon of stuffing, join the tips and make the edges of the dough adhere giving the shape of the traditional tortellino.
