Helping the sport and being a part of it is an important step to continue and improve the company’s commitment in the social field.
Precisely for this reason Agrimola S.p.A. has always fostered collaboration, commitment and devoted resources to many of the mainly “non-profit” sports associations in on our territory. Sport is discipline, art of living and it teaches good values.
It’s a simple and direct way to promote health, involve young people, work on the field and rediscover the real values that nowadays many tend to forget.
Motorcycle Racing
Agrimola signed an agreement with the GRT Team YAMAHA World SSP as Sponsor for 2017 in the Supersport World Championship, which was held simultaneously with the Superbike World Championship in the following competitions:
- Phillip Island (Australia) February 24-26, 2017
- Buri Ram (Thailand) March 10-12, 2017
- Aragon (Spain) 31 March-02 April 2017
- Imola (Italy) May 12-14, 2017
- Lausitzring (Germany) August 18-20, 2017
Agrimola’s logo was featured on Federico Caricasulo‘s (GP) winner and Lucas Mahias (2nd in the GP of Australia) and on both YAMAHA R6. The races were broadcasted live on Italia 1 (HD channel 506) and Rai 2.
Agrimola continues in its commitment to promote and internationalize the consumption of chestnuts and marrons, by making its brand and products known to an ever-widening audience of international consumers. And to continue with the consolidating and developing phase that characterized Agrimola in the two-year period 2015-2016.
Agrimola collaborated with Team Gresini Racing in the three-year period 2014-2016. After the 2014 season (in moto2 with Lorenzo Baldassarri) and 2015, (Agrimola main sponsor on the Bastianini moto3 in the GP of Germany on July 12, 2015 – Sachsenring, qualifying third at the end of the championship thanks to Enea Bastianini) was renewed with enthusiasm our interest for the 2016 season. Agrimola’s chestnut was present on the bikes and race suits of the pilots Enea Bastianini and Fabio Di Giannantonio.
Amateur Basketball Team - 96ers Grifo Basket
Agrimola, from the 2016/2017 season has also shown interest in basketball by sponsoring amateur team from Borgo Tossignano “96ers Grifo Basket” affiliated with the famous Grifo Basket team from Imola. All team members were born in 1996 and that’s where its original name comes from.
In the match t-shirt they wear during games appears the Agrimola logo on a white and light blue background.
Oratorio San Giacomo - Imola
Agrimola has always sponsored Oratorio San Giacomo and its projects.
Oratorio San Giacomo is located in piazza Ferri 3, in Imola. The building was assigned to Don Beppe from Vescovo Fabiani in 1995 in very bad shape, but thanks to funding projects in a few years it was fixed. Since then it has been a place for young religious people to meet and help each other.

Valsanterno 2009
In 2012 Agrimola decided to start a collaboration with Valsanterno 2009 for the promotion of younger local football (pupils and juniores’ cathegories). Agrimola wants to continue the social commitment, choosing Valsanterno 2009 that operate in the territory with a dependable and serious team that wants to continue and growing up this project for the younger, inside and outside the field.
Cycling
Dal 20 al 28 giugno 2009 si è svolto a Imola La Settimana Tricolore, Campionato Nazionale di ciclismo con oltre 1300 atleti che si sono sfidati nelle varie categoria per la conquista del titolo tricolore.
Agrimola era presente come sponsor della manifestazione Settimana tricolore.

Roccamonfina Football team
Agrimola renews its collaboration with the Vulcania Roccamonfina team.
After the victory of 2014 third category championship in Campania, Vulcania Roccamonfina President decided to emigrate in Molise, to compete in the second category championship. A really positive result from the first to the last day of championship for the Roccamonfina team, who also triumphed in the finals for the Regional Cup.
President Roccano Loreto Iannuccilli says: “Moving was a decision dictated by logistical reasons, since many games for us in Molise are more accessible than those in Campania. This experience in Molise was very positive and we plan to stay here for a long time. The championship was really relaxed; and many times after the game we stopped to eat together with the opposing teams, both at home and when we were guests. This is the sport as we know it.“
