Chestnut, rice and apple flour cake

Ingredients:
100g chestnut flour, 100g rice flour, 3 eggs, 3 apples, 5 tablespoons honey, 1 teaspoon bicarbonate, 1/2 cup sunflower oil or corn, 1/2 cup soy milk, 1/2 glass rum

 
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Peel and cut the apples into cubes. Mix well all the ingredients and bake for about 1h, controlling the cooking with a toothpick.
