Ingredients for 3 people:
300 g of dried chestnuts, ½ l of milk, ½ l of water, 1 pinch of powdered cinnamon, salt.
Soak dried chestnuts in warm water for at least a couple of hours so that you can easily remove all the skins that cover them. Then boil the water and milk in a saucepan with a pinch of cinnamon and a pinch of salt. When boiling, put in the chestnuts, lower the fire and bring to cooking. Serve with their broth.
