Cups of amaretti, chestnuts and mascarpone

Ingredients for 4 people:
350 grams of fresh chestnuts or marrons, 120 grams of dark chocolate, 250 grams of mascarpone, 50 grams of butter, 50 grams of amaretti, 1 small glass of amaretto (liqueur), 100 grams of powdered sugar, 1 vanilla berry.

 
Boil the chestnuts in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes or in a normal saucepan for 30 minutes. Then drain and peel them, removing also the inner skin (this is a fairly laborious operation, if you do not have much time, you can buy some boiled chestnuts).
Then put the chestnuts in a mixer and blend, add the cup of amaretto, mascarpone, seeds of a vanilla berry, powdered sugar and blend again.
Pass the puree to remove lumps or any traces of chestnut skin, getting a creamy compound. Place the chocolate in small pieces in a bain-marie, dissolve it and add the butter into cubes, mix it until it is homogeneous; Finally add it to the chestnut cream and mascarpone.
Mix everything and place the cream in a sac à poche, then fill 4 cups or small cups. Finally crumble the amaretti and add a large spoon over each cup.
Serve the cups or store in the refrigerator.
(tip) To prepare this dessert it is better to get large and creamy marrons, or beautiful large chestnuts: if you do not have time to get the puree from the chestnuts you can buy ready-made chestnut cream, while decreasing the amount of sugar of the recipe.
If you are going to prepare this dessert for children, you can replace the amaretti liqueur with an almond flavored sugar syrup.
