Turkey roll with chestnuts

Ingredients for 4 people:
200 grams of fresh chestnuts, 1 slice of turkey of 800 gr, 100 grams of ham, 100 grams of fontina cheese sliced
30 grams of butter, half a liter of milk, parsley, salt, pepper, olive oil.

Remove the first peel from chestnuts and boil them in salted water until they are soft, then remove the second peel as well. Spread the slice of turkey, add salt and place the ham and fontina cheese on top.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and crumbled chestnuts.
Roll up the meat and tie it tightly with kitchen string.
Melt the butter in a pan with two tablespoons of oil, place the roll and brown well on each side. Season to taste with salt, wet with milk, cover with a lid and cook over a moderate heat for one hour. After this time uncover, turn the meat and continue cooking for another 30 minutes.
When the roll is cooked, cut the string, slice it, place it on a serving plate and pour over the bottom.
